AGIT Reached Runner Up Position in Microsoft Hike-a-Thon Competition
PT Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT) won Runner Up at the Microsoft Hike-a-Thon event on November 15, 2019, at the Ritz Carlton, Pacific Place, Jakarta. This activity is part of the 2019 Microsoft Cloud Innovation Summit with the theme Empowering Indonesia which will be held on November 13-15 2019 where the series of activities consist of Customer Day, Partner Innovation Day, and Hike-a-Thon. The Hike-a-Thon event is held to gather ideas from tech enthusiasts and is open to anyone, be it Microsoft partners, developers, or the general public, who wants to solve real-world problems through technology.
The AGIT team offers solutions based on technology products from Microsoft for the JNE problem by creating a Customer Service system that is integrated with the existing JNE system by using Dynamics 365 Customer Service. With Dynamics 365 Customer Service we can expose the solutions we offer Omni channels (Social media, Email, SMS, Chatbot), and the channel we mentioned last is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) innovation that we emphasize on the solutions we carry. In addition, we use Microsoft PowerApps to be used by the Warehouse team to update tracking items which are also used by the Claim team to update data on claims made by customers.
The AGIT team also created a solution using Dynamics 365 Field Service that can be used by couriers in delivering goods to customers. With Dynamics 365 Field Service, couriers can be tracked in real-time with the embedded GPS Live Location Services feature. Then from the data in the Dynamics 365 Customer Service system, we extend it to Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to get analysis and insights that can be used by the JNE team related to Customer Behavior, especially in terms of submissions and claims.
